Terms of Service
Commercial and operational terms for Cyber Development services and platform usage.
1. Service Scope
Services are delivered according to the signed order form, statement of work, and any agreed security constraints. Work outside scope requires written approval.
2. Customer Responsibilities
Customers provide timely access, accurate technical context, and authorized points of contact. Delays in dependencies can affect timelines and SLAs.
3. Acceptable Use
Our platforms and testing workflows may not be used for unauthorized access, unlawful activity, or activity that violates applicable regulations.
4. Intellectual Property
Each party retains its pre-existing IP. Deliverables created under paid engagements are licensed or assigned as defined in the governing agreement.
5. Fees & Payment
Invoices follow the order form schedule. Late payments may pause non-critical services after notice.
6. Warranties & Liability
Services are delivered with professional care. Except where prohibited by law, liability caps and exclusions follow the signed commercial agreement.
7. Termination
Either party may terminate for material breach after cure period, or as otherwise stated in the order form.
